This mod adds a series of dialogues for a female PC or a male PC who has turned Viconia down, and attempts to give someone who isn't interested in a romantic relationship something to bite into. But bear in mind that Viconia is not an easy person to talk to, let alone befriend. She has a mind of her own, and although she is willing to travel with you, she may not wish to become your confidante.

MazzyFriendship
This mod adds a series of dialogues for an eligible PC, in which you can discover more about and befriend the valiant halfling. Mazzy is not the most talkative woman in the world, but she definitely has her opinions, and will voice them if she feels it appropriate--similarly if she has questions she will not be afraid to ask.

BG1 Romantic Encounters: a lot of this is just one-off affairs. I’m listing it here because it’s got some added quests I really liked, even though most of the, ah, encounters themselves are not my cup of tea. However, the components “No Regrets,” “Molly the Husband-Grabber,” “Late Night with Jaheira,” “The Great Zudini,” “The Messenger,” “The Novelists,” “The Honest Lies of Two Riversides,” “Girdle of Gender Reactions,” “The Messenger 2: Rain or Snow or Gloom of Night,” and “Camryn and Tamah” are fun additions to the game which feature no actual intimacy. If you want to check out some of the other components, the readme is fairly exhaustive (and, thoughtfully, warns for mature and potentially triggering content). A similar mod for BG2 is available, but note that, while not all of its components are sexual in nature, it lacks quests, and I found it somewhat less interesting as a result. Again, read the readme and see if any of it appeals.
Isra: Isra is a young paladin devoted to Sune. As a worshiper of the goddess of beauty, she’s no less committed to justice and goodness, but she’s not quite so… paladin. She puts me in mind of a somewhat less serious Cassandra from Dragon Age: Inquisition: her faith and morality are important to her, but she’s perhaps less severe. Some flirting in BG1, no romance till the sequel (see below).
Sirene: tiefling paladin of Ilmater, the god of suffering. Romance option beginning in SoD, no race or gender restrictions.
Vienxay: an embittered neutral evil elf exiled from Evermeet. She’s a thief/mage with a custom Shadowmage kit, and can be romanced starting in SoD by any elf, half-orc, human, or half-elf PC. Review here.
Edwin romance: yes, Edwin, the sarcastic, self-absorbed Red Wizard. Beneath his arrogant exterior beats a romantic’s heart – or does it? He’s interested in a woman who can match him insult for insult, so his romance is restricted to human, elf, half-elf, halfling or gnome women with 14+ intelligence.

Kale: BG1 mod. Kale is a brash young halfling barbarian from Gullykin. Romance starting in Siege of Dragonspear for any gnome, dwarf, or halfling PC.
Skitia’s NPC pack: For BG2. Emily, Helga, Kale, Recorder, and Vienxay, all in one convenient installer. These mods come fairly well-recommended, but I haven’t played them myself, so I can’t comment. However, note that Vienxay, Emily, and Kale are all romance options.
