Building a realtime ticket booking solution with Kafka, FastAPI, and Ably
I hope this guide serves as a helpful description and walkthrough of building a dependable realtime ticket booking solution. Next, you can dive into the GitHub repository. You might also want to check out Ably Labs on GitHub, for more examples of what you can do with Ably.

What's the best method to replicate data from on on-prem Confluent Platform cluster to Confluent Cloud?
I happen to be working on an update for CP Demo that uses cluster and schema linking. Check it out on this branch — https://github.com/confluentinc/cp-demo/blob/cluster-linking/docs/hybrid-cloud.rst

Bootstrap in Confluent Platform's 'cp-demo' app on GitPod
My team and I are using Confluent's demo app (https://github.com/confluentinc/cp-demo) with the 'jmxexporter-prometheus-grafana' monitoring stack and are trying to connect to establish a connection with the broker via bootstrap server. There is a 'backdoor' port without security limitations that we thought we'd be able to connect to, but we aren't able to set up the connection using KafkaJS in Node. We are able to establish connections with other clusters, so we know we're missing something with the demo.

Having trouble loading kafka with a docker-compose file
If you need a full system running or are looking for a working example — https://github.com/confluentinc/cp-demo is a pretty good starting point. You can use that as a reference or run it as is.
