Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

RSA Encryption algorithm using python3
I see you use only RSA. Your file encryption function makes two mistakes that I can see:

How do you get more eyes to a opensource projects as a beginner?
Here it is by the way: https://github.com/ConceptJunkie/rpn

Numbers in the dictionary
The tool (rpnChilada) can be found here (https://pypi.org/project/rpnChilada/), but it's kind of a hassle to set up if you're not familiar with Python. I used to have a Windows installer (and it's still available at https://github.com/ConceptJunkie/rpn/releases/tag/6.4.0), but it's a 6-year-old version, and the tool I use to make the installer doesn't work with the current version of rpnChilada. I've been trying to figure out why.

I wonder what comes next...
I've been working on a command-line calculator written in Python for the last 9 years (https://github.com/ConceptJunkie/rpn), and I'd implemented the cubic and quartic formulas a long time ago. The mpmath library provides a numerical solver for any arbitrary polynomial, so when I discovered that, I exposed it as well.
What are some alternatives?
age - A simple, modern and secure encryption tool (and Go library) with small explicit keys, no config options, and UNIX-style composability.
fonoster - 🚀 The open-source alternative to Twilio.
RsaCtfTool - RSA attack tool (mainly for ctf) - retrieve private key from weak public key and/or uncipher data
starlink-coverage - Calculating some statistics about Starlink satellites
StringEncrypt-Python - StringEncrypt allows you to encrypt strings and files using a randomly generated algorithm, generating a unique decryption code (so-called polymorphic code) each time in the selected programming language.
pycbc - Core package to analyze gravitational-wave data, find signals, and study their parameters. This package was used in the first direct detection of gravitational waves (GW150914), and is used in the ongoing analysis of LIGO/Virgo data.
pyflocker - Python Cryptographic (File Locking) Library
PyAutoLens - PyAutoLens: Open Source Strong Gravitational Lensing
Colander - A custom prime algorithm, implementation, and performance code & review
Beginner-Python-Projects - Beginner level projects in Python
mendec - Message encryption using RSA algorithm
primify - Embed any image into a prime number.
