RSA Encryption algorithm using python3

Our great sponsors
  • WorkOS - The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS
  • InfluxDB - Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale
  • SaaSHub - Software Alternatives and Reviews
  • RSA-Cipher

Discontinued Python program to encrypt/decrypt or generate key pairs using RSA Algorithm

  • I see you use only RSA. Your file encryption function makes two mistakes that I can see:

  • age

A simple, modern and secure encryption tool (and Go library) with small explicit keys, no config options, and UNIX-style composability.

  • The way you present it, it looks like something someone could pick and use to encrypt stuff for real. It's not. Its weaknesses are a deal breaker. To encrypt real files to real people, we should use something like Age instead.

  • WorkOS

The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.
