Trying to get into CPU Emulation and have a few questions.
I will try to answer your questions. As context i've build Chip8, Intel 8080, Gameboy and Playstation emulators, also Just keep in mind that this is my opinion.

Which one is easier? PSX emulator or GBA emulator?
I have written a PSX emulator (https://github.com/BluestormDNA/ProjectPSX) so maybe I'm quite biased:
- Why is there a lack of cool repos?

As a matter of fact a story was created today and nbarkhina offered to implement save states. MemCards is on my list but first I want to improve the recompiler to produce more accurate results and timing characteristics and runs even faster.
