  I want to have to steam libraries on the save HDD i try to use https://github.com/LostDragonist/steam-library-setup-tool/releases but that doesnt work now thats how i did that in the past but now I cant and need two libraries one for just multiplayer games and then the other for modded games, please help im not very ttech savvy so i have no idea how to do it now, but i did it in the past using that link

  Today I've been trying to get through all the steps of the Morrowind Essentials Guide recommended by the sidebar, and it's proven difficult. First, to reinstall Morrowind somewhere other than Program Files, since Steam's latest version no longer has the necessary settings, I had to use Steam Library Setup Tool v3.2. There were no issues with the code patch. I accidentally installed the old MGE instead of the XE, uninstalled it, and tried to download the XE, but clicking the usual button got me a message about the non-premium speed limit and wouldn't go to the download screen. I was not prevented from just downloading the installer out of the files tab. I had the installer install to the game folder, C:\Games\steamapp\common\Morrowind, but trying to run MGEXEgui, as administrator or not, gave "MGE XE must be installed to the Morrowind directory." Re-doing the installation with the manual file didn't make a difference. Every mention of that message on the internet I can find, the OP either used a mod manager or manually installed to somewhere other than the game folder, so I'm not sure where I went wrong here.

  This tool can be used to set up a second Steam library on the C drive, which you can point to the C:/Games folder. Read the guide very carefully before starting and make sure that Steam is completely shut down.
