Fpkg games disappeared after restarting after "database is corrupted" error (more details below)

Rebuilt database, lost all my games but recovered system and not external.
Hi, I’ve been trying to use this as suggested by someone to try and recover my games after a database rebuild. After several tries with FTP it simply does not work, as it only shows either python not found or invalid syntax. Tried on Powershell and CMD.

Rebuilding the database causing pkg files to disappear until you run this script. So the fact they are disappearing made me think your ps4 must have tried or successfully rebuilt its database at some point.
- I had to rebuild database and didn't know my apps would go missing. I'm doing the Modded Warfare walk through on getting them back but keep getting this error (ps I'm on 9.00)

Advice regarding hdd issue
Typically that happens when the console rebuilds the database. If you're on 6.72 or earlier, you can use this tool to rebuild the database and restore your fpkgs

if the dlc is present in the update, or main game then you could try to unlock it with a fake dlc maker such as psDLC.
