Make sure you buy the 4GB version if you want better support for openwrt. I have the 1GB and had to compile my own version using https://github.com/anaelorlinski/OpenWrt-NanoPi-R2S-R4S-Builds

Just got fiber and looking for a new router that will offer best gigabit WiFi speeds and support for openWRT. I am a noob at both fiber and openWRT.
