Terminals
Terminals is a secure, multi tab terminal services/remote desktop client. It uses Terminal Services ActiveX Client (mstscax.dll). The project started from the need of controlling multiple connections simultaneously. It is a complete replacement for the mstsc.exe (Terminal Services) client. Offical Remote Play Not Opening When Clicking on it
you can search for the previous remote play versions such as 4.5 which works with 9.00 jb, then patch it with the auto remote play patcher which prevents the app from updating https://github.com/MysteryDash/Offline-PS4-Remote-Play/releases/tag/v3.0

I actually prefer Terminals over the Windows iteration: https://github.com/Terminals-Origin/Terminals. Lets you do far more, ssh, vnc connections, etc all under one roof. Quite taken with Chocolatey, it's extremely powerful. I like the new Hirens Boot CD, Win10 PE loaded with a bunch of good utils.
