Offical Remote Play Not Opening When Clicking on it
you can search for the previous remote play versions such as 4.5 which works with 9.00 jb, then patch it with the auto remote play patcher which prevents the app from updating https://github.com/MysteryDash/Offline-PS4-Remote-Play/releases/tag/v3.0

The LibForge repo can be found at https://github.com/maxton/LibForge, although the releases are unfortunately outdated, Maxton prefered AppVeyor, which have since deleted the files since the builds have expired, so if anyone is interested in testing, they will have to manually compile for now.
