For the o_C I've got the Hemisphere Suite installed and the apps on both sides is the Carpeggio Cartesian Arpeggio. On the left side I'm just stepping through the notes with some repetition, but on the other I'm using 2 random outputs from Pams to jump all over the grid. It's a lot of fun for plug and play melodies, I mostly use it and the Shift Reg for melodic stuff. I also just loaded on this branch, which has a really cool app called TB-3PO for more dynamic melodies, and an app based on Noise Engineering's Clep Diaz. I did give the stock firmware a proper go for a few weeks when I first got my o_C, but I've much preferred the accessibility and playability of the Hemisphere apps. If I ever get a bigger case, I'd probably get a second o_C and leave it stock, those apps are definitely more powerful, but just have so much menu diving and take a lot of muscle memory to nail the interface.

I would HIGHLY recommend getting an o_C. I found the stock firmware to be SUPER powerful, but a bit too menu divey for me tastes, so I put Hemispheres on mine and while it's not as powerful, it feels way more playable. As someone else mentioned, if you put Hemispheres on you can run two instances of of the ADSR EG app. Each instance has a single envelope, but two separate triggers and outputs and CV control over the attack and decay (and knob control over all 4 parameters obviously, but you have to switch between parameters by pressing the encoder). If you run the app on both sides, you will have 4 separate envelopes while being able to change 2 simultaneously. I sold mine, so I can't recall off-hand if, say, the Hemisphere Dual Quantizer will respect this internal clock or not, but I think it will. If not, it will at least automatically sample really fast if you don't use a clock.

TLDR: If your technical language isn't strong, Ornament & Crime is a versatile Eurorack module for working with CV. There are multiple programs you can load on it in different packages. I've made some adjustments to the suite of applications called [Benisphere](https://github.com/benirose/O_C-BenisphereSuite). The main change is adding a new app called Relabi. If you like unpredictable but not-fully chaotic modulation and similar gate patterns, you should check it out.

I’m a bit late on this as the release happened over a week ago, but I wanted to officially announce version 1.3 of Benisphere Suite has arrived! The two big new applets are generative ones inspired by the Vermona Melodicer and Stochastic Inspiration Generator. There’s one for rhythm and one for melody, and they can be used together or separately! There’s also a handful of other enhancements.
