Tons of games error while downloading
Regarding your first conclusion: Using the Ref00d plug-in should allow you to run any game regardless of your firmware version. Also having NoNpDrm is a must. Ensure you have properly modded your Vita according to this guide, and all that should be setup.

No ux:tai (vita3k)
I'm trying to get some nonpdrm games working with vita3k. The guide tells me to: "Download the latest nonpdrm.skprx, copy it to ux0:tai and modify the ux0:tai/config.txtfile to add the path to the module under *KERNEL as follows" But I can't find any tai file in ux0. I have looked around a bunch and found nothing. please help.

If you aren't an experienced user, better install the plugin manually from here. Instructions are there.

I've been getting this error message (80108355) while attempting to load a .ptf theme. I'm running LME 6.61 - does anyone have any ideas to resolve this? (More in comments.)
Hello there, have you tried the NoNPDRM plugin ? https://github.com/TheOfficialFloW/NoNpDrm
- games stopped working

If I use vita save manager to transfer my save files to a new memory card, will any dlc still remain?
So you either redownload your DLC via PSN or backup your DLC using the documentation on NoNPDRM

Adding mods to a game
Game files are in ux0:app/TITLEID. Obtain the decrypted files from there by opening the game's folder decrypted via Vitashell with NoNpDrm (select folder > press triangle > open decrypted) and mod them however you want. Then put the decrypted files in ux0:rePatch/TITLEID/moddedfiles. For this you need rePatch.

How i can install games on vitadeploy
Sharkfood! No, its used for something else entirely. You'll need these plugins. NoNpDrm to by-pass drm checks and 0syscall6 (either / or: reFOOD) to by-pass firmware checks.

Version Question - Is the Henkaku version spoofer enough to play games released after 3.60 was released?
Spoof does nothing about game FW requirements. 0syscall6 or reF00D do.
- Did ReF00d get into a little trouble? This sounds like we shouldn't update.

black screen for persona 4 golden undub repatch mod
I just noticed you don't have either/or reF00D or 0syscall6 installed. It's up to you which you prefer as they both do the same task. Install one or the other and reboot and try again.

I dont know what to do,help me pls
fw 3.65 works the same as fw 3.60. Do you have all the proper plugins to play pirated games? Such as reFOOD / 0syscall6 ( you can either doesn't matter) and noNODRM installed?
- Where can I find Undertale for my 3.60 psvita?

Buttons not working in one game
Likely not reFOOD but be sure to be using the latest version. More than likely its a plugin in ur0:tai that maybe causing the issue. Go through and move (or remove) any (each) user installed plugins and reboot and try the game.

Sound Shapes stops working when I install DLC
Sorry I forgot about this post:D Is it the latest version of reFOOD? Another possibility maybe perhaps there is a plugin that maybe causing the issue. I went ahead and installed Sound Shape and its DLC (not all) and it launched with no problem. I'm also on fw 3.60.
What are some alternatives?
When comparing NoNpDrm and reF00D you can also consider the following projects:
pkgj - pkg download & installation directly on Vita
0syscall6 - A kernel module that patches Playstation Vita's lv0's secure_kernel's syscall 6
