You don't. Vita hacking happens on 3.60 or 3.65, with HENkaku Ensō. Versions between 3.60 and 3.73 (the current/last official firmware) saw almost no actual changes, and 0syscall6 allows you to run all software on either version. 3.65 is only even supported due to some very late production cycle units not being able to downgrade to 3.60.
