Trying to install autoscan from https://github.com/NiNiyas/autoscan and stuck with no idea what the problem is.
In the autoscan requirements.txt file urllib3 doesn't have any version pin so it should already be pulling in the latest version when you run the pip install command, but this is something you could double check. You could run the command:

Detect changes on supported Filesystems.
When it doesn’t work autoscan helps massively if you use sonarr/radarr!
