Okay Seriously... How do I reduce the number of decks I have???
This may not be helpful but if you have to many because you just keep building new decks, you could use MTGDB.GUI to build and plan and then just put them together when you want to use one.

"Automated" Deck Building from CSV list?
Posting again for visibility - someone apparently made an app called mtgdb that can do this. Instructions how to match your collection with existing decks are listed here. Not sure how well it works, but it's free and seems legitimate so it could be worth a shot.
