Start/baseline config for mini-after-sherpa and sherpa mini motor/extruder?
Does anyone have a mini-after-sherpa with a phaetus dragonfly 55W heater hotend config?

Kingroon Halfwire Build: Mini-AfterSherpa (4010 or 3010 radial side/part-cool fans?)
I printed a mini aftersherpa from the github and it says everything is 3010 and 3007 fans. There's also many different remixes, mods, adaptations, etc. of the mini-after-sherpa hotend fan-shroud thing...

Is there an alternative toolhead design for v0.1 dragon sf ?
There's this one which is popular but pretty much the same as stock just with the top cut off. https://github.com/PrintersForAnts/Mini-AfterSherpa

Voron 0.1 Mods
If you're dead set on changing things up, the two (relatively) minor mods I'd suggest are the Mini-AfterSherpa toolhead and ZeroPanels panel clips. These will save you from dealing with the hassle of assembling a Mini-AfterBurner (my least favorite thing about V0.1), and inserting a million captive nuts, respectively.

V0.1 Serial Request : GrantsAusto#3657
I used the mount from https://github.com/PrintersForAnts/Mini-AfterSherpa. It requires 5V, then the gpios on the pi. I ended up going with an MGN9C and mini sherpa. The weight seemed to cause a drop but didn't test after the MGN9C upgrade

Sherpa Mini Extruder from Fabreeko with 8GT motor and Mini Aftersherpa. I found this easier to service than the mini afterburner

I'm not entirely sure I understand your question but https://github.com/PrintersForAnts/Mini-AfterSherpa might be the answer

Am I missing something? Mosquito doesn’t seem to fit mini afterburner - using repo mini afterburner tool head files
In my opinion the Mini AB is terrible. I have the mosquito running with a Sherpa Mini extruder and cowling of my own design. But the mini after sherpa works ok. If you can't find another cowling that works, I could modify mine so it fits the larger mosquito. There are other designs out there like the V0VO

I did the AfterSherpa mod with a standard V6 and mini-Sherpa because:

Serial Request - Ender3Pro to Switchwire conversion - Discord: JagdNutCrkr#2363
I had a microswiss setup before this. I'm sure you can edit the files to be able to mount one, but unfortunately, the MS setup is heavy. What I did for this build is use the toolhead from Clehn8ok's EnderWire conversion, but I edited the extruder mount to be able to use a Sherpa Mini.

Visibility anxiety – Afterburner
I say give it time and see if your mood improves. Otherwise look into the Mini Sherpa (https://github.com/Annex-Engineering/Sherpa_Mini-Extruder)

Upgrades complete time to build my firmware.
The Sherpa mini is an open source extruder (https://github.com/Annex-Engineering/Sherpa_Mini-Extruder) you could print and use with the gear and shaft from a original or clone bmg. It is very lightweight and realiable extruder even with flexible filaments.

I'm having trouble calibrating rotation distance.

Consistent Layer Lines
For anyone that might find this post, it ended being a retraction issue. I am using a Sherpa Mini, and the recommended maximum retraction speed is 30 mm/s, which I had set to 50 mm/s.

SR | Sherpa Mini Upgrade | vref How and Why
https://github.com/Annex-Engineering/Sherpa_Mini-Extruder/blob/master/Klipper_Config_Block.txt for the mini, https://github.com/Annex-Engineering/Sherpa-Extruder/blob/master/Tall_Bowden_Variant/Klipper_Config_Block.txt for the regular Sherpa. Both are in the 0.3A range. So, change the run_current to 0.35 and hold_current to 0.3 and try again.
