Mini-AfterSherpa VS Sherpa-BLOCKhead

Does anyone have a mini-after-sherpa with a phaetus dragonfly 55W heater hotend config?

I printed a mini aftersherpa from the github and it says everything is 3010 and 3007 fans. There's also many different remixes, mods, adaptations, etc. of the mini-after-sherpa hotend fan-shroud thing...

If you're dead set on changing things up, the two (relatively) minor mods I'd suggest are the Mini-AfterSherpa toolhead and ZeroPanels panel clips. These will save you from dealing with the hassle of assembling a Mini-AfterBurner (my least favorite thing about V0.1), and inserting a million captive nuts, respectively.

I used the mount from https://github.com/PrintersForAnts/Mini-AfterSherpa. It requires 5V, then the gpios on the pi. I ended up going with an MGN9C and mini sherpa. The weight seemed to cause a drop but didn't test after the MGN9C upgrade

In my opinion the Mini AB is terrible. I have the mosquito running with a Sherpa Mini extruder and cowling of my own design. But the mini after sherpa works ok. If you can't find another cowling that works, I could modify mine so it fits the larger mosquito. There are other designs out there like the V0VO

I did the AfterSherpa mod with a standard V6 and mini-Sherpa because:

It’s been a while since my assembly but I think the v0 instructions tell you to cut them flush. I left mine sticking out for adjustments in the future and just edited the CAD of the aftersherpa to give some more space. I quickly abandoned the aftersherpa for my own design, you can try it out here

Here is my toolhead. This is designed to mount on the stock 0.1 gantry. I desigend it for serviceability, so you can remove the fan shrouds and work on the hotend without taking the entire toolhead off. That is my main issue with the Afterburner/stealthburner designs, its very difficult to service.

Take a look at my design here on github . The dragon mount doesn't work right now, I didn't have one while designing. I just got the dragon to test with, so I will fix it soon. It does work with a mosquito.

Mini Sherpa extruder is used with the Mini After Sherpa toolhead which is just a cut down Mini AB body. VOV0 is here I have also heard of the sailfin and OPs orbiter but don't know anything about them. My design is here on github but it it still very early in the design process, I would love some feedback though.
