You could try seeing what Google Play serves you if you're on WSA. WSA doesn't ship with Google Play by default, obviously, but it's not too difficult to integrate it. I haven't added Google Play to my PC's WSA build yet, though, which is why I tried the Android Studio emulator first.

Use the original project in case you've been reading these on some questionable websites: https://github.com/LSPosed/MagiskOnWSALocal (just, don't download your system images from someone else's cloud storage share or something).

What is the state of Android Apps on Windows 11 in May 2023?
WSA still uses the amazon app store, but you can sideload aurora store to get play store apps (or use MagiskOnWSALocal to use google play services)

Can the devs add support for iconify?
I think Iconify is a neat open-source customization project for android but it requires root to run. Is it possible to give it root perms like how aurora services are given root perms?

Btw as you dig deeper into what else is out there for these "root" based solutions you may find certain Magisk+Xposed hybrid modules like AOSP Mods, Iconify etc.
