I made a server for my family, but my kids can't connect to it on their phones.
OP seems to use a dockerfile with the well-known itzg/minecraft-server image. I see someone else use 05jchambers/legendary-minecraft-geyser-floodgate for that (from https://jamesachambers.com/minecraft-java-bedrock-server-together-geyser-floodgate/) but unless OP is somewhat versed in docker that's not entirely trivial to swap out.

She plays bedrock edition on her iPad. MacOS only supports Java edition. You need something like Geyser to play together or use software like Parallels to install windows on your Mac so you can play bedrock.
