  • Steam Controller doesn't work on MultiMC

Are you using arch or a derivative of it? If so, did you install multimc from the AUR? If so, try uninstalling it, and installing from github. In your steam library, the target for multimc should be "/opt/multimc/run.sh" and should start in "/opt/multimc/".
  • MultiMC is dropping all support for AUR packages

Depends what you want. multimc-bin will be maintained (for now at least) but I'd keep an eye on how this situation develops and you will lose the self update feature if you use that. If the dev decides to push this more the AUR package might be removed for one reason or another but it probably won't. You can also just download the binaries from the site and you can even use the old PKGBUILD from the dev.
