qBittorrent uses an ugly theme. How to fix this? (Arch Linux)
I think Kvantum has support for theming both Qt6 and Qt5 apps now though so that might be worth trying if it bothers you that much.
-
two things missing in KDE? "real" vertical panel, title bar only around the corner
The ones I know of are: Aurorae (built-in one), Kvantum (https://github.com/tsujan/Kvantum/tree/master/Kvantum) and Lightly (just a theme https://github.com/Luwx/Lightly). store.kde.org is down (at least I can't access it at the moment), so I've shared github links.

Ugly window decorations and not applying themes to dolphin (like transparency in files list). How can I fix it?
Make sure Kvantum is selected in the application style section of your look and feel settings. Read through the usage instructions on the Kvantum GitHub page.

Plasma lagging when using different theme from default Breeze Dark
Perhaps you can submit an issue

Cannot figure out how to enable blurred transparency
As for Kvantum, you'll need to either install it from your distro's repos if you're lucky, or if not you'll need to compile it yourself, you can check how to do that here.

Dark theme with good coverage
arc-theme with kvantum look petty good imo.

Gnome/libadwaita theme for qBittorrent?
It's written in QT, so you need a QT theme. There's the KvLibadwaita style for the Kvantum theme engine.

Which colorscheme has the best features and granular customization (default colors aside)? Or a plugin for building custom color schemes?
Big fan of the base16 philosophy
-
Customize color theme in NvChad
If anyone struggles with this in the feature, what I was looking for was a list like the one in https://github.com/chriskempson/base16/blob/39fb23df970d4d6190d000271dec260250986012/styling.md.

Colorschemes that use treesitter and are 256-color?
Correct. It uses main Base16 styling.
-
Lua function to dump current neovim colorscheme to kitty
Nice. Might be useful for dumping themes for the base16 framework
-
Dark theme with good coverage
Stuff with base16 support is a good place to look. I've had good luck with Gruvbox (dark, hard).

I contributed to (mostly) 14 top-rated Neovim color schemes. Here are some observations
I am not entirely sure what you mean by "universal format for themes", but there I personally love Base16 convention with its recommendation for styling. This is what I ended up (re)implementing for Neovim: mini.base16. It's been around, so most of instruments should have support for this.

Vim Color Schemes
It’s been mentioned earlier in this thread, but base16 is basically that. I use it, and it’s ok!
