I have tens of python repositories on Github and whenever I spend some time off open-source and come back with a new project I had this tedious task to remember what was my optimal setup for CICD/docs/etc ... For example : how to maintain a single README.md for both repository github and pypi pages while authorizing slights rendering differences depending on the platform (like having more badges on Github). So I made a repository whose purpose is to be cloned whenever you start a new project to have your setup.py and .github/workflows properly settled.
