Kinect as IR Camera for Head tracking?
You can add the Kinect as source in OBS using OBS-Kinect and set the stream type to infrared, then use the OBS virtual camera. (If the official OBS virtualcam isn't supported by opentrack, try the community virtualcam plugin instead, it tends to work better with some apps.)

Kinect v2 will not start up as a webcam but works in Kinect Studio
A shitty temporary solution that worked for me was the obs Kinect plugin combined with obs virtual-cam

You can get the plugin for OBS (https://github.com/SirLynix/obs-kinect) then use OBS's 'virtual camera' functionality to be picked up as a source elsewhere (Discord, Zoom, etc)
