You can go for IOT. Please refer to this - https://github.com/microsoft/IoT-For-Beginners This is good to get started with. Good industrial stuff can be built using IOT. You will need a device though like Raspberry pi or Arduino

Top Github repo trends in 2021
three educational courses- Web Dev, ML, and IoT for beginners. Note re using educational resources as a strategy for marketing , at least the ML course links to various Azure services. Google does this a bunch as well, with Collab notebooks often being used to demo educational materials.

By Educating others:- Another way is to educate others. There are many ways to do this, Like creating tutorials on youtube, writing blogs, or making Github repositories for storing and sharing learning material like IoT Course from Microsoft (which I am learning IoT from).
