Hot VS pock

iMacs are sensitive and unusable if the room/environment temperature goes up 1-2 degrees. Once an iMac reaches temperatures that exceed its cooling capabilities, it will reduce the Scheduler Limit. This OS protection slows your computer down to a % of its actual performance. It's designed to reduce load down to a level that the computer can cope with, given its temperature situation. A tool called Hot will reveal the current scheduler limit, and you'll be able to verify this is the problem.

The Hot . app is great for showing how hot or cold my laptop is running, and whether it has throttled.

You can use the tool "Hot" (https://github.com/macmade/Hot) to check if we are investigating in the right direction.

Pock also. It allows one to put the Dock in the Touch bar along with pre-existing/ customized Touch bar items there.

Alternatively you can try with Pock, very easy and intuitive to set up and customise

So normally I uses Pock for customising my TouchBar, having like a scrolling dock, a media player and fixed volume/brightness buttons. However, it would be really cool if there would be a way to show the activity stats (CPU, Fan usage etc..) on the TouchBar, especially for gaming in full screen! Anyone knows a way to do it? I think maybe through Better Touch Tool, but I have no idea how

Definitely not unknown no new, but if you have a Touch Bar Pock has been game changer for me

Pock, MTMR are the best if you just wanna customize it to your preference. There's also Muse if you want a music player.

I haven't personally run into any issues. I use an app called Pock to customize the bar.
