This is an open Arduino powered project for a hardware application mixer, to change the volume of different windows apps on the fly! It also has a super easy to use GUI. How do I make the top volume keys to look like the bottom?
You could use modern flyout. It allows you to increase or decrease (also to 0) the number active of media sessions displayed.

Any way to disable this box in the cornet whenever i pause or play something ?
If you don't want to mess around with any of your program's settings, you can install ModernFlyouts and change its' settings to never show any popups.

Revisiting Windows 10 Volume Pop up banner, I want it to dissapear quicker instead.

This may not be the perfect fix you are looking for, but I faced the same problem as you (wanted flyouts but also wanted explorerpatcher for other functionality that it brought), and my solution was to use ModernFlyouts (link here)
