How do I make the top volume keys to look like the bottom?
You could use modern flyout. It allows you to increase or decrease (also to 0) the number active of media sessions displayed.

Revisiting Windows 10 Volume Pop up banner, I want it to dissapear quicker instead.

This may not be the perfect fix you are looking for, but I faced the same problem as you (wanted flyouts but also wanted explorerpatcher for other functionality that it brought), and my solution was to use ModernFlyouts (link here)

Isolated Saladin voicelines?
You can also try to use the ginsor audio tool to extract specific voice lines. Just download D2 off steam for free, install ginsor audio tool, then point it to your D2 install and it'll let you pull all the line from Saladin or anyone else that speaks in game.

Does anyone have a link to the sound files that play when you stand on the Darkness platform by Elsie? I swear I hear bits and pieces, including "...with us, reveal it" or "Stay with us, and reveal it."
