Most likely you don't have any serial number bound to that VM. You can generate a SN with this script by typing your Mac model

Unable to create serial number i clicked on it multiple times unable to choose model any alternative?
Looks like you're trying to use a "Configurator" utility in your video. Most likely part of your problem. Not any part of them are supported around here. Try GenSMBios or just manually enter it in your config.

What happen if i login my icloud in hackintosh?
if you have/did a proper SMBIOS injection, nothing happens, it's just like you have a real mac. Just avoid changing your SMBIOS abruptly (if ever) with your account logged in, best to log out and try new SMBIOS. For better SMBIOS injection I recommend you to use "GenSMBIOS". In my case, all services always work on the first try.

I checked the dortania troubleshooting page, and everything on the page that I could. (i haven't installed it yet, i can't.)
Not necessarily at the moment, after installation (if everything is ok - I hope so), you can do it with https://github.com/corpnewt/GenSMBIOS

What did I do wrong?
Open the config in ProperTree (https://github.com/corpnewt/ProperTree) and do a clean snapshot (CMD-SHIFT-R). This will put all of the kexts in the right order.

Is there someone who can tell me what I need for my efi file
NO. Prebuilts are a bad way to start. They are not updated and aren't configured to your specific needs. Make your own EFI and also don't use OCAT, use ProperTree which can do OC specific things like OC (clean) snapshots.

You need to mount your EFI partition (find a tool online or use command line). In it you should find "EFI/OC/config.plist". Open the file with Propertree or another plist editor and make the changes.

If anything, keep .contentFlavour files removed and try updating your config.plist using ProperTree or some other plist editor which just makes it easier to read. Sorry I couldn't be of much help but its the best I've got right now haha.
