  • Tenders
    1 project | /r/openttd | 2 May 2023
There's no NewGRF that I know of that adds tenders to the base game engines. If you want to try for yourself, the OpenGFX train graphics can be found here: https://github.com/OpenTTD/OpenGFX/tree/master/sprites/png/trains
  • I have a question, can you make and import your own character profile images in game?
    1 project | /r/openttd | 23 Jun 2021
I believe this is part of the base graphics, so you should be able to either make a NewGRF, or just hack it in into a custom OpenGFX package. Poke around in here to find the sprites you want to modify, and then find a simple NewGRF package to base your idea on. https://github.com/OpenTTD/OpenGFX/tree/master/sprites/png
  • A stupid question
    1 project | /r/openttd | 8 Apr 2021
After some time some volunteers also recreated the graphics (an example) and released those as Open Source as well. And now OpenTTD is fully Open Source.
  • Any suggestion of where to find isometric resource (PNG) for city building game?

The building design might give some inspiration at least: https://github.com/OpenTTD/OpenGFX/blob/master/sprites/png/houses/buildings.png
