    However, while it's an indirect solution, there's a "Scrolling Combat Text" (SCT) addon to the popular Arcdps damage meter. I have not tested it for a while. But if it still works, it displays damage info next to your character instead of above the ennemy, and it's reasonably customizable (color, size, font).

    Try this pre-release of SCT instead if you aren't already: https://github.com/Artenuvielle/GW2-SCT/releases/tag/2.0-RC3 The current stable version was just crashing my game.

    Dx11 support is currently only experimental in the newest pre-release build (2.0 RC2). Check it out at https://github.com/Artenuvielle/GW2-SCT/releases

    next up injector plugins. the two most common ones are probably d912pxy, which translates dx9 calls to dx12 and can improve your performance, and arcdps, which as the name suggests is primarily a DPS meter, but also comes with its own addon API for stuff like scrolling combat text, killproof.me, or BuildPad.
