Server recommendations: compact, quiet, support for Hyper-V GPU passthrough
I built a mATX PC with consumer hardware, 5600g, 32gb ram, 1660 super, server 2022. GPU passthrough to a VM works fine. I used this.

Easiest GPU Passthrough [GPU Passthrough Manager]
The rest goes according to https://github.com/tuh8888/libvirt_win10_vm, skip the driver and kernel stuff. When creating the vGPU, you need to use the RTX6000-*Q, not the RTX6000-*C instances. Choose the ones for that you have enough GPU memory (RTX6000-6Q on a GTX 2080 Ti). Otherwise it will just fail. For other GPUs, I don't know. Use a pci_device_id = 0x1E30 and pci_id = 0x1E3012BA to spoof the PCI ID in /etc/vgpu_unlock/profile_override.toml, then you can use the normal RTX6000 drivers on your VM.

Failed attempt with vgpu_unlock. Help?
I then tried installing version 460.73.01 following mostly https://github.com/tuh8888/libvirt_win10_vm. Added fourteen.patch to the steps, after installing and subsequent steps and rebooting all I got was a black screen.
