where to find data.win file for other games made in gamemaker?
GMS1 was released in May 2012. If you're positive this was made in GameMaker, it's most likely the even older GameMaker 8 program. You can get a GM8 reverser and GM8 itself to open the resulting project file.

There are decompilers like GM8Decompiler - no idea if that works for you or produces something useable...

For those of you who have capped out at level 50 and stopped getting perk points, there's a new mod I just found that lets you purchased perk point ($10k) and attribute points ($25k). Pretty nice option if you still want to play but have stopped leveling up!
FYI I think you need Redscript for this. You can download it here. To install, copy and paste the files in the .rar to your Cyberpunk directory.
