Translation Comparison of the Steam version and Patch
Get GABro to extract script files from the script.arc files. Then you will need something like WillPlusManager or VNTranslationTools or something else to get text from the ws2 scripts. Or dig through fuwanovel forums to check for a tool used there.

Modding VNs Voice Files to Create New Dubs
Tools like GARbro can help in navigating VN resources and extracting them. I haven't tried it, but maybe extracting and repacking might work for some VNs (unless there is some kind of integrity check programmed).

I used GARbro but it fully works only on vol. 4 and some files of the NEKOPARA Extra, but on other games vol. 0, vol. 1, vol. 2, vol. 3 it would only extract only few files, because file extensions are random or they doesn't work
