I've been trying to get this automated release working for months now. It says the artifact is downloaded to a certain location, but then the very next step can't find it! What am I doing wrong?

Looking for some project to contribute.
I have a 4X game written in C# I started on a while back but just haven't had the time to work on lately. It's called FrEee and it's a clone of Space Empires IV. I've been trying to convert the UI from WinForms to Avalonia, and I could also use some help with the AI since I know literally nothing about that sort of thing. https://github.com/ekolis/freee
