Attribute Keys
There's an old module, Actor Attribute Lists that you could use. I just installed it on my 0.8.9 server and it seems to work fine. You'll have to install it manually. Once activated, you can copy a macro out of the compendium, select a token, and it'll pull up a screen of all the associated attributes and the values for the actor. You can use that as a reference point.

Where to go to get actual macro help?
There's a pin in the Core How-To channel of the discord that tells you a handful of different ways to get that data. Console logging the object is usually the most helpful. You can also export the actor/item as JSON from Foundry in the right click menu and inspect it there. There's also a link there to a module that gives you a macro, something about Actor Attribute Lists.

How to handle spells like magic missile in VTT
If you're willing to learn some javascript you can code macros yourself for many useful functionalities. As mentioned before Crymic does have useful macros for sale but some of them require modules like Midiqol so it will really depend on your modules and the amount of time you can commit to learning macros/scripting. Magic missile is one of the free macros you can find here: https://gitlab.com/crymic/foundry-vtt-macros/-/tree/c83b91534d5c9290bbe551a0a51c109bd7543304/

Add a second action to a item ?
If you have midiQol you can have a choice macro pop up when the user goes to attack if you're tech savvy enough (or put it as like "[Grapple the enemy]" in the versatile chat.

Where to go to get actual macro help?
Trust me, I felt extremely frustrated not long ago by the whole macro thing. Three months ago, "Hello World" was the extent of my Javascript ability. Now I've managed to make some pretty cool macros for myself, and have even coded my own module. And I got there by: picking apart other peoples' simple macros (whether from Community Macros, stuff on the discord, or other users' github pages), experimenting in the console, looking at exported JSON of actors/items, perusing the Foundry API (and github pages of various modules/game-systems I'm using), and asking a bunch of questions on #macro-polo.
