It looks like you are using your distro provided version of Firefox. Use https://github.com/Linux-Is-Best/Firefox-automatic-install-for-Linux to download a Mozilla build that comes with the Private Window option you want.

I use https://github.com/Linux-Is-Best/Firefox-automatic-install-for-Linux/ for Nightly, but you could probably use it for release as well.

Understanding that there are three types of people, I have included three (3) different ways to install Mozilla Firefox. One of them is the personal installer, which does not require SUDO and does not install Firefox for everyone, just you, privately, isolated in your own little corner. Can the symbol-scrapers scripts be ran on a build of Firefox a user has built themselves? As a Gentoo user this is one of my biggest pet peeves with Firefox, I always make a point of building it with full debug symbols (CFLAGS="${CFLAGS} -ggdb",CXXFLAGS="${CXXFLAGS} -ggdb" and RUSTFLAGS="${RUSTFLAGS} -C debuginfo=2") but none of Firefox's own tooling can understand this. Gentoo doesn't upload symbols to Mozilla's server because this probably isn't practical to do when the symbols will potentially be completely different for each user.
