[Humble Bundle] ValiantVR Encore (Day 3 of holiday encore). Pay 20$ for VTOL VR, Contractors, HARD BULLET, Into the Radius VR, Dragon Fist: VR Kung Fu, Takelings House Party, & Budget Cuts 2: Mission Insolvency
I used Wabbajack to install FUS. Needed to pay 5 bucks for a Nexus premium membership, but the modpack works perfectly. I think the Nexus premium is optional if you're okay with babysitting the installation and manually queueing up the next mod.

Advice on updating to AE - is it worth trying to keep VR functioning?

SKYRIM VR, JUST WOW!
the install guide on the nexus pages/the github pages for the FUS modlist https://github.com/Kvitekvist/FUS were actually more straightforward than any video tutorial I tried watching. Theres plenty of pages on how to setup a clean install of of skyrim and how to set up and where to install wabbajack. And then its just a one click install for any premade list of mods. Idk, not having to pause a video and go back if you missed something having the steps to scroll up and down on a page was simpler for me.

Skyrim VR x Requiem guide, tips, Q&A
Step 1: Start with a Wabbajack Modlist. I recommend FUS.
- Quest 2 cant shout
- After 85 hours of modding, I finally started my first playthrough ever.

Can’t launch SKYRIM VR with SKSEVR.
I second this - check out the FUS "modpack" - lots of VR-specific fixes and improvements, with optional Visual & Gameplay improvements. Really worth it. There's an install guide at the above link!

[VR] "Merge Plugins Hide" MO2 plugin not showing any of my installed merges
I'm building upon the FUS Wabbajack modlist by adding expansions and LotD, and I've reached the point of needing to merge plugins. I've gotten zMerge working, and I'm following Lexy's merging practices, but I'm stuck on the last step where you use merge plugins hide to disable/hide the plugins you've merged.

Is it worth it?
Use The Fus Modpack Which can be installed via Wabbajack which is a modpack auto installer.

Is there a list of qol/immersion/game finishing mods?
Like I said I am completely new to modding anything let alone Skyrim VR but this mod list works great out of the box, I leave it on the second profile (FUS ROH) and it pretty much just works. Hope this helps 🤷🏼♂️ Here’s the link FUS If you search “FUS mod list” in YouTube you’ll get a ton of tutorials

Visual Shaking
From what I've experienced giving technical support to Oculus headsets users is anyone who's using SkyrimVR or more importantly mods should use open composite as it bypasses SteamVR and gives a great boost on FPS... Not having steams bloated systems makes it much better and quicker to load... Once you have open composite installed I used the DLL from the site not the system wide as I'm not wanting it with other games... Open Composite This is basically dropping a DLL in then main steam folder, remember to backup the original incase you want to go back... And remember you can also go to your game in steam library and turn off the screen overlay not many people use it when in VR...
