The number of mentions indicates the total number of mentions that we've tracked plus the number of user suggested alternatives.
Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

I'm working on using a Dead Man’s Switch to prevent assets being locked in your wallet after your death. Powered by Blockchain!
I'm not exactly sure how it works, but the Last Will contract has this "contract finder" which looks through all transactions in an electron cash wallet and finds matching outputs to "recover" the contract parameters.

Alright, I admit it, I work in tech, I have been in crypto for 4 years or so, and I genuinely have no idea what crypto is used for other than an investment or money transfer product. You can make apps on it?
Or maybe you want to set up a recurring payment, Patreon style? Mecenas got you covered. Last Will contract, to pass on your holdings after you're gone? Programmable money got you covered.

Twitter thread where BCH builders talk about what they want to build with Bitcoin Cash. Mostly new people. Maybe give them some mentoring, chaintips & encouragement
My idea I mentioned is to build a plugin (or just binaries) which lets smart contracts generate vanity addresses (add nonce to Script of P2SH address). I haven't gotten to trying yet (just moved home in a rush). One possibility is a hodl contract might want address 'pph0dl...', or 'pplast...' for Last Will etc.

Facts: Retail is not interested in BTC. Retail is chasing alt plays, NFTs and other trades where they can make money, and not Bitcoin. Bitcoin's network effect is stagnating massively and growth is falling off a cliff.
One future possibility is traders could look for PoW in the token ID, like it starts with 0000000. VanityTXID can do this with SLP tokens. PoW is a voluntary anti-spam technique, whereas fees are compulsory and may enrich holders in a PoS system. With much greater difficulty, minting NFTs could require an ASIC (either indirectly or directly).

Is there NFT infrastructure for BCH
I recommend trying the SLP Ed. of EC, download here. I've created lots of NFTs, but I've never tried selling one (I just burn them and make another one). VanityTXID enables vanity NFT IDs, if anyone's interested.

6 BCH ($3k) recommended minimum for CashFusion (quick mono-coin default)
A couple days ago I posted in r/btc that CashFusion required about $500 (or a few hundred $) minimum. However that was with several coins, half of which could easily be traced (the 3 inputs on top, here). Then I thought of the mono-coin challenge, and it took me another day to succeed. My only input to this fusion was the 6.19 BCH on top (VanityTXID starting with 000000). Technically 6.2 BCH is sufficient.

CashFusion currently requires US$500 minimum (?)
This is the fusion I eventually got (fee was well under a cent). Three of my inputs are on top, because I used VanityTXID to get those coins' TXIDs to start with 00000, which puts them on top of a CashFusion.

Vanity p-CashAddr generator for Electron Cash now part of VanityTXID-v1.5.0. Can vanitize any Script up to 510B length. ~Quadruple speed of VanitygenCash if using only CPU.

Who are you: #investor or #miner?
Investor. I only "mine" vanity TXIDs & addresses, eg with VanityTXID. If I'm ever rich, or a rich person wants Electron Cash plugins to use ASICs, I might have to buy an ASIC. :)

VanityTXID would be the first to use it, to make vanity addresses with vanity TXIDs. If any other plugin devs want it I'd be more enthusiastic.

Hi,I'm new here, please advise
If you wanna have some fun with Electron Cash you can try out the VanityTXID plugin I've developed. It comes with an example to toy with.

BCHN sha256.cpp 30% faster than zedwood.com - Hash rate video comparison using VanityTXID v1.4.0 vs v1.3.4 (Electron Cash plugin, both ~11% slower due to ShareX screen recording)
Every transaction (TX) has an ID # called the TXID, 64 hex digits. Normally it's (nearly) guaranteed within a few seconds of your payment. However we may prefer a TXID which starts with a certain vanity pattern, like '2dad', 'c0ffee' or '0000000'. In that case we can use special addresses whose TXID is only guaranteed after several minutes (block confirmation). The exact details require installing a plugin to Electron Cash, like VanityTXID.
