Problem organizing assets
I've found https://github.com/EightBitz/Dungeondraft-Custom-Tags , but I don't know if this is the best option by far.

Need help with assets!
An honorary mention to the custom tags tool by the same person: https://github.com/EightBitz/Dungeondraft-Custom-Tags

Does anyone know of a good tutorial on how to make your custom assets colorable? I can't find a good one for the life of me.
With those tools you can create new tags (such as 'colorable') and choose which objects get which tags. It's all done outside of DD before you compile. Unfortunately, this is all a bit much to fit into a Reddit comment, but once you get used to 8-bitz stuff, it gets way easier. 8-bitz custom tag tool is more focused and is just for editing tags, while the one I linked above can compile/decompile packs and do a bunch of other stuff.

How to tag everything in an asset pack at once?
Eightbitz DungeonDraft Tools can tag assets as well as pack them. He also created another application to make custom tags to be used in the pack so that things are a little easier to work with once the pack is used in DungeonDraft. They are both super easy to use. I've literally created packs with tens of thousands of assets in less than an hour using these tools. The longest part with packs that big is just waiting for the program to finish. (Prior to Forgotten Adventures creating their own DungeonDraft file I converted them all myself and that was around 20,000 items.)

Dungeondraft Tutorial: Let's build - Cave & Dungeon [PART 4] Shadows & Lighting
It also contains a section on how to add a tag to the assets so that you can find them more easily.Eightbitz also developed a piece of software to help with that, it might make it a bit easier in the future!

Importing Dungeon Painter Studio asset to DungeonDraft?
It shouldn't be too bad, assuming the files are already sorted - you will need to put the PNG files in the appropriate folders (there is an example template in the DD installation folder) and re-pack them for use with Dungeondraft. The biggest piece of work would be the Tag-file required for the images. EightBitz tools can help with the tagging part - https://github.com/EightBitz/Dungeondraft-Tools

Suggestions for modern-day TTPRG map creators (tools or patreons)?
I am just getting started but already have a few free Dungeondraft Asset packs if you want to try it out: https://www.patreon.com/posts/free-downloads-77579542 If you want to use the assets in Inkarnate you can use Tools like this to extract the pngs from Dungeondraft files.

How do I import png files? I can't find a source folder or extract the example.
Any files you want to add to Dungeondraft need to be packaged into a pack file. The program can do it, or this tool from EightBitz can make it easier. You need to set up a folder with the same naming and file paths as the example folder that the guide references.

Imported assets ease and performance?
There is a great tool for Windows which simplifies the object tagging: https://github.com/EightBitz/Dungeondraft-Tools

Handling a lot of assett sets -> takes like forever
Naturally you will need tools for that (8Bitz DD tools - https://github.com/EightBitz/Dungeondraft-Tools) and you'll have to learn how to make packs in the first place.

Asset Import from Dungeondraft packs?
Hey OP you can do this with a piece of free software someone from the community (EightBitz) made called DungeonDraft Tools. It's open source on GitHub, and I trust it, but obviously use at your own risk.

What Top-Down assets do you use?
The rocks looks like the asset from 2minutetabletop's Camp Tokens pack for Dungeondraft. Use EightBitz' DungeonDraft Tools to unpack the .png files so you can use them in Wonderdraft. There are a lot of top-down assets for Dungeondraft since it's mainly a battlemap maker, and a handful of them are very useful for topdown city maps.
