After an hour playing with Shell, I realized I won't be able to do what I want. CTRL + Z the whole hour..
easy.effects_in_background.sh -> Enable the LoudnessEqualizer preset, so I don't need to lower the volume on every action scene when watching stuff.

Does anyone else find it annoying that different videos play at very different volumes?
If I understood correctly, I solved that using EasyEffect with "EasyEffects Loudness Equalizer Preset". It'll maintain pretty much the same loudness for every media.

Awesome job! I currently use EasyEffects with this Loudness Equalizer preset for the same reason. It also helps for some TV shows where for example dialogue is sometimes really quiet compared to music.
