It's Season 13. It's insane to me that there isn't a "Appear Offline" option.
There's a program I'm using all the time called Deceive, you can find it here: Deceive It is approved by Riot (proof in F.A.Q. of that github repo.

Apparently there is a way to bypass the anonymous names in ranked games
welcome to league of legends where you can do anything even stuff riot tells you you can’t. here you go fellow new internet user friend. but you can also appear offline or remove your shitty tokens from your profile. You can also change your skin to any even if you don’t own it (only you see it) but for obvious reasons I can’t link that. If you have at least 1 finger and half a braincell you can find it yourself tho.
