Apparently there is a way to bypass the anonymous names in ranked games
welcome to league of legends where you can do anything even stuff riot tells you you can’t. here you go fellow new internet user friend. but you can also appear offline or remove your shitty tokens from your profile. You can also change your skin to any even if you don’t own it (only you see it) but for obvious reasons I can’t link that. If you have at least 1 finger and half a braincell you can find it yourself tho.

Disabling showcased tokens on Linux (with ChallengersAreEvil.exe)
I found an app called ChallengesAreEvil on github which is supposed to remove the showcased tokens on your profile.

It is 2022, Riot Games is Billion dollar company, and other Riot games are able to do this. Why is League of legends STILL Language locked?
You can do so many things that's impossible according to Riot for whatever reason, you just need to use community made tools. LeagueProfileTool isn't really useful nowdays but give it a look. Deceive if you wanna be sneaky, ChallengesAreEvil if you want your problems to disappear and finally a youtube guide for how to change language. Enjoy

I remember seeing a design flaw that no longer lets you remove all challenge tokens from your profile since they added the ability to choose the order of the tokens months ago, tried it now to see if it's fixed and it's STILL there. I then had to download a third party app I found on github (here) just to remove tokens from my profile. Man I love Riot Games.
