- Detect deauthentication frames using an ESP8266
- Identify source of possible wifi de-auth packets

How criminals are using jammers, deauthers to disrupt WiFi security cameras
Look for a deauth detector. On Amazon you can find an ESP8266 preflashed with deauth detection firmware and it includes a hardware buzzer. The firmware is probably something like this: https://github.com/SpacehuhnTech/DeauthDetector

Finally Caught A Driver Actively Jamming
If you want to know for sure that that's what is happening, there is a similar project which will notify you when it detects the deauth attack being sent and which runs on the same hardware. Cheap and easy and then you can know for sure.

Suggestions for defense against the dark jamming arts
Have a look instead at something like https://github.com/spacehuhn/DeauthDetector

not sure if this is the right place for this but I'm doing it anyways
There is also a device you can make pretty cheaply that can detect de-authentication packets.

Yep, MacOS and iOS have lots of vulnerabilities. I think this is a good time to mention: PSA - if your MacOS is older than 10.15.3 Catalina you are vulnerable to a full WebKit >> kernel privilege (root + kernel) exploit chain which can infect your computer through a website. Keep your devices up to date.
