It’s in my opinion a better alternative to MicaForEveryone. It is much more customizable and isn’t limited to display on 1 active window.

Windows11-ish file explorer
If the mica doesn't apply for the entire window consistently even after enabling the above said option, then you can use ExplorerFrame! It is an experimental project, but it has worked consistently for me (Sidenote: You have to use dark mode for this to work properly, for now at least).
