This is a known problem, and it seems to be related to the data breach reported a few days ago. You could contact the author of the plugin, or see the issue report on github.

Designed a dual color topographic map of Utah with streams and lakes highlighted
You might remember my similar post over a year ago! Well... I got to 40 states done with printing USA and thought they looked pretty bland as a single color so I spent the next year upgrading my printer with dual nozzles and designing multi-color 50 states.
