Using a Holgraphic Blueprint to build structures in Minecraft
A quick google found this: https://github.com/ThatAquarel/CraftSlicer/blob/master/README.md which says it can output a litematica file which you could use with that mod to get the holographic effect you’re looking for. I haven’t tried it, just spent 10 seconds googling.

is there a website or program that allows me to input an image and it will tell me and show me what blocks i need to recreate it in minecraft so i can have it on a map?
i thought https://cartographer-mc.com/ would be it but i dont see a way to zoom in to see what blocks need to go where :( any other suggestions?
