Using a Holgraphic Blueprint to build structures in Minecraft
A quick google found this: https://github.com/ThatAquarel/CraftSlicer/blob/master/README.md which says it can output a litematica file which you could use with that mod to get the holographic effect you’re looking for. I haven’t tried it, just spent 10 seconds googling.
