No, this is not currently possible. There is an open issue for providing this functionality here: https://github.com/chocolatey/ChocolateyGUI/issues/12

What free software should everyone have?
Like the other guy said, it has a GUI and dare I say that it's pretty good. You only need to use the command line once to install Chocolatey itself and the site gives you a pretty good guide for it.

Audio stutter on Windows 11 with bluetooth headset
I'm having trouble using Kodi with my bluetooth headset since I updated to Windows 11. The problem seems to be Directsound since it works when I switch to WASAPI. Only thing I found was this Github bug report which is exactly the same problem I'm having: https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/issues/20567
