Chocolatey or Ninite. Both of them have similar function. Both of them are install manager. Just choose the apps that you want to install, it will install for you. Good for those who are unfamiliar in CUI way.
VSCode's source is open source, but the product available for download is not open source and contains telemetry/tracking put there by Microsoft. VSCodium is an actual open source version of the product, using the same source code, but without all of the licensed Microsoft tracking stuff.

EZBlocker - It can stop/pause the non-sense ads of Spotify. If you are free user of Spotify, then this is a good app to use with it. It will mute the ads for you. ( The ads will run but mute it automatically ). For premium users, ignore.
Media Player HC - This is free & open source software for media playback. Similar to VLC.
BCUninstaller or Revo Uninstaller - Both are very good software in removing any software. It has features to create restore point if you want to reinstall the program. Clean up residue files after installation.

Lossless-cut - Lossless trimming and cutting of video and audio files. Why watch the whole porn when you can just cut out the good part and watch that? <-- VLC and go to View/Advanced Controls to show the A-B button that will let you set a start and end point in a video and then just set it to loop play.
Like the other guy said, it has a GUI and dare I say that it's pretty good. You only need to use the command line once to install Chocolatey itself and the site gives you a pretty good guide for it.

Cmder is a great console emulator if you're some one who codes and needs something that is practical than the default cmd and powershell. It gives you Unix like console which is soo much better than the other inbuilt options.

For downloading youtube videos I would recommend NewPipe. Since it is open source you can also install it via the FDroid app store.
