CapsLockNoDelay VS XcodesApp

There's a plugin you can download to fix it, called CapsLockNoDelay

- Install CapsLockNoDelay to remove the annoying "feature" that forces you to hold down Caps Lock to use it

But if you do this you get a huge delay on caps lock as esc.

Not using Xcode from App Store is the answer. Xcodes is a great tool for that can't recommend it highly enough (https://github.com/RobotsAndPencils/XcodesApp)
